AFJEJ was born from the French Government’s initiative. It aims at developing youth exchanges between France and Japan, and at helping you find an internship or a postgraduate employment thanks to this website that will link you to companies.

Online subscription is totally free but needs to be done seriously. When registering, you are applying for a potential internship.
No specific diploma is required to apply; however, international profiles and operational skills could make the difference. The ability to speak one or two languages is also an obvious asset.

Before subscribing, we therefore invite you to carefully read the following points:

Age
You must be over 18 and less than 30, on the day when you register. Beyond that age frame, no subscription will be taken into account.

Other requirements
You must enjoy your civic rights, possess a blank police record and meet the physical ability criteria required as any other person working in the welcoming institution.

What is the right time to register ?
There is no need to register too early: we recommend you to subscribe as soon as you start actively looking for an internship (6 months ahead from the forecast start date of the internship).

Nationality
No nationality is required. AFJEJ does not limit its activities to French or Japanese members.
